Our pricing is simple and transparent: for our services we charge a flat rate of 50 EUR per person per day, with no hidden costs or fees. This provides clarity for our customers and ensures that there are no surprises or unexpected charges.
We also offer volume-based discounts for larger groups for events with over 100 attendees and spanning two days or more.

Initial consultation to discuss event objectives and requirements (free of charge)
Customised proposal describing all required services for your event
Detailed agenda for increased employee participation and perceived value (concept for program & goals, activities, trainings & other necessary interactions, tailored to your team's unique spirit and wishes)
In-depth assessment of the team's challenges, dynamics, and goals through several randomised data collection interviews with team members
Arranging the facilitation by a professional coach or mediator upon necessity
Event planning and coordination (Venue rental in a chosen city suitable for the event purposes; Basic setup and decoration according to the event theme; AV equipment & Wifi; Catering services; Photography and Videography etc.)
Coordination of production for customised event materials (badges, banners, handouts) and gifts (T-shirts, tote bags etc)
Overseeing the logistics of the event (except flight booking)
